Unless I am mistaken, the last post is a reprint of a message that had been submitted a while back. I guess that the idiot who likes to use my pen name has run out of new ideas to make fun of me! I guess that this stands to reason being that we are from a generation that is big on recycleing!
And I have to say that I always had a crush on Christopher Knight, who played Peter Brady! He was just soooooo cute! I always fantasized about him coming to live with me! We would share a room, just like the Brady brothers did! Only with benefits this time! Whoohoo!
I pretty much grew up with this show, having been born in 1961. While most boys my age had a thing
for Marcia or Jan, I had a crush on Bobby
So cute,
especially after they stopped dyeing his hair

After thinking about this some more, I decided I must comment on the comments I left before. It seems to me, after I've thought about it some more, that maybe why all these posts are being removed is because maybe, could it be, just maybe, that I post too many long and boring posts about things that nobody cares about? I'm thinking maybe that's what it is. I mean, just because TV is my life and it's all I have to talk about because there is nothing at all in my life that is really substantial or meaningful, that I drone on and on and on and on about every episode of every TV show that has ever been on the air in the last 60 years. I don't really care if anyone else gives a damn about what I say, I'm gonna say it anyway. Just because I like to see my name on this page and I like to be able to write all these words on here and then say that, "hey, I did that!" Wow! So, anyway, maybe that's why the posts keep disappearing? Maybe? Huh? What do you think?
Here we go again with messages being taken down because of how vulger and obscene they are! In my opinion, the second to last post which is by my imposter should also come down! On a different not, I agree that, by the time that Cousin Oliver came aboard, the show had pretty much had it!
Ah, yes....Cousin Oliver! Or, as I know him as, John Denver's love child...
He definitely made the show crash and burn.

It was definately when they brought that blonde cousin in. He sent that show way over the edge. I bought the DVD's all except for that season. That kid couldn't act if his mother were standing back stage waving a skalding hot iron poker at him!
I want to make a comment that I just posted a comment on the Growing Pains page about my forever love for Kirk Cameron, the ever-lovable Mike Seever! And I tied in my other great love, Christopher Knight or Peter Brady! So you need to go over there right now, to the Growing Pains page to make sure you read my comments about these wonderful hotties!
I am not really insulted by the fact that the message that I posted less than an hour ago has been taken down. I think that it was the lesser of two evils. You see, this message was a response to one that was filled with vulgarities and obsenities! In order to understand my last message, you would have to have already read the one by the looser who posted before me. I will bet that the webmaster thought that it simply made the most sense to just take it all down and be done with it. Good for him or her!
Enough already! Let's get back to what this site was created for and stop harassing Smartboy. It has been carried way, way too far.
I remember how in love I was with Peter on the Brady Bunch. He was such a hunka hunka boy for me. He made me realize how much a real boy could make me feel all warm and fuzzy inside and he made me yearn to have him in my arms. Sigh... I still dream about him to this day. I saw him on the Celebrity Circus show a few weeks ago and he looks as hot now as he did in his prime!
He was just so darn cute!
He was just so darn cute!
Cindy was portrayed as a retard, Jan as a fugly, jealous whiny baby and Marcia as a slut, but it was all so exaggerated that the characters became caricatures ( and then the characters were exaggerated even more in the 90's "Brady" movies so they became even worse than caricatures- they were almost cartoon characters)!! Hey Smartboy- deeeez nuts in yo' mouth!! Smartboy likes to slobber all over my juicy javelin and make it even more juicy than it already is!! Yeeahh!! No way could you insult me better than that!! You're burnt!!!
I think that Rob has raised some very interesting points, but I am going to have to disagree with him on a couple of things. First off, it is true that, in a lot of the instances in which the children would screw up, all they got was a lecture. However, there were a few cases in which they got genioun punishments. Let us look at the case in which Greg did some reckless driving on his way home from the record store with Bobby. He got told that he could not use the car for a week. When he tried to loophole his way through the situation by driving a neighbor's car, he got even more punishments! Also, there was the time in which he hookwinked Bobby and Peter into thinking that there were UFOs in the backyard. He lost his care priveledges for that weekend even though he was scheduld to go on a fishing trip. I would consider them real punishments! I had originally planned to include in this post my take on the Shirley Temple episode. However, because of how long I have already rambled on, I think that I will save that one for later!
The show jumped the shark when the kids actually thought they could be talented singers back in 1972. Yes they were alright singers for kids, but they were no cher, madonna or rihanna. Anwyays the fact people "told" them they could sing got to their heads and all 6 kids got big ego's on them. They went to Schwartz and made all these absurd demands for season 6 expecting they be met. Had they not gone made all those demands there very well would have been a season 6. Also the parents of the 6 kids were all feuding with one another over singing careers. Thats when the show jumped the shark. Anyways I have a few comments about the brady bunch 1) When the kids screwed up, all they got was a lecture yet they never got punished 2) They had Cindy wearing these short skirts to the point where you could see her arse/front really quite nasty, they should have waited until the final season to have her wearing mini skirts. 3) That shirly temple thing was so f@ked up, I mean you have a 12-13 year old snooping through her siblings things then in the next scene she's parading around signing "good ship loolipop".
