I think the people who run this site owe their readers an explanation & an apology. How can it be that defamatory trash is allowed to remain posted while thoughtful postings are removed? What can/will you do to improve your performance in the future?

OMFG, you've got to be joking! You mean to tell me that this show, that I grew up watching, then watched a thousand times over again in re-runs and on DVD, is a fake?? All of this time I thought it was all a wonderful documentary film about a real woman and what she did with her life!

Ofcoarse this show is 100% fake. In reality this stuff would absolutely not happen! A housekeeper of a rich family living in a park avenue penthouse would not go to be the housemother at a girls school then become it's dietition and have to live next to 4 girls who were put on probation. And she wouldn't get her own gourmet food shop and have those same girls move in with her and then have it rebuilt into a 50's malt shop replica. And she wouldn't then get remarried and move to Africa and leave her girls with her ditzy younger sister when they are old enough to live by themselfs! And the girls wouldn't have stayed together that long! Life isn't anything like that! And that's a fact!
